A leading engineering company in East Midlands is seeking a Sustainability Manager to drive their sustainability strategy and improvement program. The role involves accountability for leading the sustainability efforts, ensuring compliance with reporting obligations, and managing a team. Ideal candidates will have a background in sustainability management, will be skilled in stakeholder engagement, and must be able to deliver performance targets. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sustainability Manager to work within our team in Derby.
As a Sustainability Manager you will be Responsible for the development and delivery of RRSL's sustainability strategy and improvement programme, including coordination of a net zero, energy and waste reduction route map across RRSL’s operations, products and supply chain.
