Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Executive Salary: 28,000 to 35,000 p.a. dependent on experience Location: Lytham (walking distance from Ansdell train station) Fully onsite role.

Hours: Monday to Friday, typically office hours, with some requirement to attend events out of hours.

My client, a leading boutique creative agency, is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Executive to join their very successful team.

This is a new role, brought about by an increase in agency reach and workload.

The agency specialises in social media content and strategy, on behalf of luxury brands, venues and businesses across the UK.

Reporting directly into the MD, you will take ownership of your own key accounts, strategically partnering with them to enhance their online presence across all social media channels. You will be supported by the MD, Creative Director, and a fantastic content & graphic design team.

In order to be considered you need to have:

  • Proven experience managing and growing social media channels across multiple platforms, gained either in an agency setting or in-house
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and platform algorithms
  • Ability to plan, create, and schedule engaging content using images, video, and written copy
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences.
  • Experience using social media management and scheduling tools
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g. Canva or similar tools)
  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media advertising
  • Ability to analyse performance metrics and use insights to improve content and campaign results
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, creative mindset with strong attention to detail
