This role is best suited to someone with natural and strong administrative, process, and problem‑solving skills. If you want to kick‑start or develop your career within the investment sector as part of an ambitious and focused team, this could be the ideal next step, with a chance to be involved in client and finance projects.

You must be dynamic and confident in your ability to work proactively, exercise a high level of common sense, and be able to comfortably manage stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful execution of various operational initiatives, including projects, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide diary, calendar, and meeting management for the CIO.
  • Make travel arrangements (domestic & international), including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, car service, etc., for the CIO and team on a need basis.
  • Organise meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including pre‑meeting preparation, presentations and providing follow‑up support.
  • Work alongside the Receptionist / Office Administrator to coordinate and manage meeting room bookings, client and networking event coordination, and front‑of‑house when needed.
  • Working closely with the Finance and HR leads on ad‑hoc projects, including on‑boarding new starters, H&S and off‑site planning.
  • Liaise with the Singapore office to ensure synchronisation of process and procedure.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for enhancing service / product delivery and client service quality.
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards contributing ideas and continuous operational improvement for the CIO and London office.
Candidate Essentials
  • Business, Economics or Finance graduate with at least 1 – 2 years’ office work experience within a corporate environment.
  • Highly organised, with a high level of data and technical literacy and comprehension.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • A self‑starter with a natural curiosity and interest in contributing to overall company success.
  • Able to manage conflicting priorities and work in a fast‑changing and fluid environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to liaise with all levels with confidence and professionalism.
  • Someone who is a team player, who is focused on driving the efficiency of the team and maintains a positive attitude towards their work.
Benefits
  • Company‑wide 'Work from anywhere' policy for a month during the Summer.
  • 1 day WFH, stunning West End offices.
  • A role you can make your own and evolve how you see fit.
  • A genuine career path with longevity and continuous professional development.
  • Join a friendly, close‑knit team in London and a global network.
  • Mentorship, flexibility and competitive graduate starting salary.
