Role Purpose
The Analyst supports high-quality delivery across market access strategy, evidence generation, and value communication projects. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the Analyst conducts research and analysis, prepares clear and structured project materials, supports client interactions, and contributes to internal knowledge and operational excellence. The role provides exposure to payer needs, evidence requirements, and strategic considerations that shape access and commercial success.
Please note, this role will require travel both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Evidence & Insight Generation
- Conduct structured desk research across clinical, economic, payer, and policy sources.
- Support systematic and targeted literature reviews, including screening, data extraction, evidence tables and quality checks.
- Summarise payer, HTA and policy insights to inform value strategies and market access recommendations.
- Prepare clear tables, figures, and concise summaries for inclusion in client deliverables.
- Market Access & Value Strategy Support
- Contribute to the development of value propositions, value messages, and value communication materials (e.g. value dossiers, slide decks).
- Support pricing and reimbursement research, including understanding relevant pathways, precedents and access considerations.
- Help translate evidence into structured arguments that address payer and decision-maker needs.Contribute to competitive landscape assessments, indication analyses and product value narratives under senior guidance.
- Project Delivery & Client Support
- Own defined tasks and sections of larger deliverables, managing time across multiple projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and supporting materials
- Support client meetings and workshops through preparation, active participation and follow-up.
- Provide regular progress updates to project leads and contribute actively to internal discussions.
- Quality, Structure & Communication
- Prepare first drafts of written content and slides, ensuring clarity, logical flow and alignment with evidence.
- Support quality checks across documents, analyses and materials.
- Apply consistent formatting, version control and file management practices across deliverables.
- Consulting Skills & Internal Contribution
- Assist with preparing materials for proposals when needed.
- Contribute to team learning and shared understanding.
- Participate actively in internal training, seeking guidance and feedback to build consulting and technical skills.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, pharmacy, medicine or related discipline.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret scientific and policy information accurately.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarise complex evidence into structured, concise outputs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Experience: Internships or up to 1 year of relevant experience in consulting, life sciences, or a related field.
- Experience with literature reviews, data extraction or evidence tables (academic or industry).
- Understanding of payer needs, HTA processes, pricing and reimbursement systems.
- Exposure to market access, health economics or consulting environments.
- Experience with reference management, systematic review tools or basic quantitative analysis.
