An interactive entertainment company is currently recruiting a Sales Administrator for the Audit Department to work in their London office.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day tasks of the Internal Control and Internal Audit function and ensuring compliance with financial risks and guidelines.
The ideal candidate should have integrity, customer focus, language proficiency, computer skills, and experience in invoice processing.
Fluent Japanese language ability is essential for this role.

Sales Administrator Audit Dept Main Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all Company aspects are complied with both legally and ethically in accordance with J-SOX standards and in preparation of internal control assessments for the UK statutory audit.
2. Responsible for ensuring that any process relating to Company activities are executed legitimately and accurately, according to Company rules and respecting the responsibility in business and financial ethics.
3. Assist the Head of Internal Control and Internal Audit to ensure Business Continuity and Crisis Management measures are in place and support Senior Management in implementing measures when required.
4. Support the coordination of IT security measures between our local IT team and the IT division at our Headquarters.
5. Support the Head of Internal Control and Internal Audit to ensure financial statements and documents are generated legitimately, accurately, and ethically.
6. Assist the Head of Internal Control and Internal Audit to ensure compliance requirements are fulfilled in the Company.
7. Assist the Head of Internal Control and Internal Audit to ensure that the corporate audit is completed, supporting management audit needs in a timely manner.
8. Assist with any administrative matters involving other teams such as legal, HR, etc.
9. Perform additional duties where required.

Sales Administrator Audit Dept Ideal Candidate:

1. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel and PowerPoint).
2. Experience working to bookkeeping level accounting.
3. Japanese language skills to native speaker level.
4. Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
5. Previous experience working in a Japanese Company preferred; understanding of the Japanese corporate culture is essential.
6. Exposure dealing with audit firms preferred.
7. Experience in Company Level Controls and Non-Inventory Cost control is not essential but awareness is beneficial.
8. Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill is essential.
