A fantastic opportunity for a fast growing, innovation-driven technology firm, who are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This is a pivotal role for a proactive, highly organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can anticipate needs before they arise, whilst playing a crucial role at the heart of a company that is building out its technology solutions.

Excellent hybrid working available.

• Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CTO
• Manage complex calendars, schedules, and international travel
• Prepare briefs, presentations, meeting packs, and follow-ups
• Coordinate leadership meetings, track actions, and ensure deadlines are met
• Act as a liaison between the CTO, internal teams, and external partners
• Support technology initiatives with research, documentation, and project coordination
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Proven experience supporting C‑Suite or senior technology leaders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to understand a technical environment
• Highly organised, detail‑driven, and able to prioritise in a fast‑paced setting
• Confident decision‑maker with a problem‑solving mindset
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities
