A community healthcare provider in Birmingham is seeking a Band 4 Nurse Associate to deliver high-quality holistic care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for working independently in various settings, supporting patients of all ages. This role welcomes newly qualified Nurse Associates, offering development and career progression opportunities. Candidates must possess a Nursing Associate qualification and be on the NMC register or soon to qualify. A full driving license is required.
Formación
- Must have completed Nurse Associate qualification and be on the NMC register or due to qualify in the next 2 months.
- Understanding of the scope of the role in nursing and interdisciplinary settings.
- Knowledge of NMC professional standards for practice.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver high quality, holistic, compassionate patient care.
- Work independently under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Collaborate with a multi-professional team to shape care for patients.
