Digital Signage Operations Manager – Team Leader
Job Description

A leading multichannel marketing services organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join its Digital Signage team.

This is a visible and active office-based role requiring excellent interpersonal, team leadership and supplier management skills.

The Operations Manager will oversee digital signage projects (including content creation and installations), ensuring seamless execution. The role involves managing resources, optimising processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of the digital signage industry. Previous agency experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee planning and execution of digital signage projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including account direction, design, and technical teams—on project requirements
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide stakeholder updates
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimise productivity
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively
  • Streamline operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the operational team
