A reputable construction staffing firm is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee Mechanical & Electrical projects in Greater London. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines, while leading project teams. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation skills, and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management. - Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Manager or similar in M&E.
- Experience with large scale residential or hotel projects required.
- Knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms is essential.

- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
