Job summary
A leading educational organization is seeking a Premises Project Manager to oversee major building projects aimed at enhancing learning environments. The successful candidate will coordinate significant capital works, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. This role demands strong skills in stakeholder management, budget oversight, and timely reporting to senior leadership. This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in Greater London.

An experienced Premises Project Manager is required to support the delivery of four major building projects. The role will provide additional capacity to the Estates team and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of compliance and safety.
- Lead and coordinate three significant capital projects:
- Development of a Student Study Centre at one site, with a budget of £3m (Phase 1).
- CIF Project 1: Replacement of electrical infrastructure and fire alarm systems across a site, with a budget of £2.8m.
- CIF Project 2: Replacement of heating systems and installation of ventilation across two buildings, with a budget of £2.7m.
- Monitor the team delivering the construction of a new specialist school building, where the DfE is managing the build on behalf of the organisation, with a budget in excess of £10m.

- Work closely with the Estates Manager, CFO, senior leadership, contractors, and external consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure staff, lettings teams, and IT teams are consulted as projects progress.

- Ensure all projects meet statutory requirements, health and safety standards, and building regulations.
