Job Title: Senior Project Manager- Exhibition (Must be experience in Design & Build)

Salary: £40,000- £60,000 per annum plus benefits

Location: Farnborough, UK

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you’ll work closely with Technical Designers and the Operations team to bring stunning exhibition displays to life. From managing the ordering of materials and booking labour to overseeing installation and delivery, you’ll ensure that every project runs smoothly and meets client expectations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the client has a seamless experience from start to finish, leaving them excited to work with the company again.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Technical Designers to ensure technical drawings and documents are completed on time.
2. Liaise with suppliers and procurement to order materials, framework, and amenities in a cost-effective manner.
3. Work with the Operations team to ensure displays are pre-built, installed, and dismantled on time and according to specifications.
4. Input all project information into CRM systems and monitor project progress.
5. Attend site regularly to oversee delivery and perform handovers to clients.
6. Protect profit margins, ensuring cost-effectiveness while identifying areas for improvement.
7. Ensure clients have a smooth, worry-free experience, keeping them excited for future projects.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Great organisational and multi-tasking skills, with a sense of urgency.
2. Experience with work management platforms such as Monday.com.
3. Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software (training on SketchUp provided).
4. Client management experience.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a calm, reactive approach under pressure.
6. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
7. Team collaboration skills.
8. Experience in the exhibition industry is a plus, though training will be provided.
