A healthcare consultancy in the UK is seeking an innovative individual to drive their Digital Foundations proposition. As a key team member, you will manage consulting engagements, support business development, and ensure quality assurance in projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital health, excellent people management skills, and a passion for developing colleagues. This part-time role offers flexibility and strong employee benefits, with a competitive compensation of £56,719 annually.
Digital Foundations are the technology, infrastructure, and operating models that underpin all digital health and care systems. They include the devices, platforms, networks, people, and processes that support day‑to‑day operations and enable digitally driven transformation. At Channel 3, our Digital Foundations work covers:
Digital Foundations are the building blocks of digital maturity, with wider transformation initiatives (EPR, ICS consolidation, digital‑first care models) relying on it to succeed.
We are looking for an innovative and analytical individual to play a key role in driving our Digital Foundations proposition, combining delivery excellence with practice growth. This role is about more than solely delivering engagements; you will help shape, grow, and mature our Digital Foundations capability while driving tangible results in partnership with our clients. As a senior member in our business, you will be a committed team player with leadership ability, to motivate, support and develop our people and inspire our clients. You will contribute to the rapid growth of our business by supporting our people to do what we do even better.
The ideal candidate will have proven people‑management skills and a passion for developing colleagues across the Channel 3 business. They will provide ongoing coaching and mentoring and support the team’s learning and development and general wellbeing.
Home‑based, with travel to client site and London office when required – £56,719 per year (estimated). Contract; part‑time.
