A leading educational publisher in Oxford is seeking a Digital Lead to oversee the digital product strategy and development within the UK Product team. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the alignment of digital solutions with market needs, delivering insights through data and reporting, and overseeing quality assurance throughout the production process. The position follows a hybrid working policy, requiring at least two days in the office each week.
You will oversee digital product expertise within the UK Product team, enabling the creation of relevant, compelling, and effective digital resources and representing customer and UK Education’s needs for new platform developments. This role is guided by digital learning principles and technical production capabilities, and works closely with UK Product Director, editorial and product teams, as well as cross-functionally with technology and centralised digital teams. The Digital Lead represents the UK’s customer needs across OE-wide platforms and initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and market relevance, and also takes ownership of data and reporting for UK digital products, delivering insights and enhancing data capabilities.
