Senior Business Development Manager

Central London

We are pleased to present a Senior Business Development / Sales Manager position responsible for selling Decarbonisation / Energy Efficiency / Net Zero solutions to the Commercial Real Estate Sector in the UK.

The commercial real estate sector significantly contributes to UK carbon emissions, accounting for about 40% of greenhouse gases.

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to join a consultancy based in Central London, providing decarbonisation and energy efficiency services to owners, operators, or investors in large commercial properties.

With net zero/decarbonisation targets becoming a national priority, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable consultancy with over 10 years of sector experience.

Salary and bonus: Competitive for the right candidate.

Role responsibilities:

• Experience in selling engineering and consultancy services is desirable, but a strong network and background in Property are crucial for success.
• The ideal candidate may come from industries such as facilities/property management, commercial real estate, sales, or rentals.
• Building relationships with Property Asset Managers, Portfolio Managers, Sustainability Managers, Fund Managers, C-Suite executives, and Building/Site Managers interested in Energy Efficiency and Decarbonisation services.
• Attending industry networking and marketing events to develop relationships.
