Job summary
A leading consulting firm in Camden Town is looking for a Learning and Development Innovation Manager. This role focuses on redefining the learning experience and technology ecosystem, working on modern learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills and experience with collaborative tools. The position is contract-based and follows a hybrid work schedule, with expected office attendance several times a week.

Insight Global are looking for an Learning and Development Innovation Manager to join one of their premium clients in the management consulting space. This individual will be joining the established innovation Centre of Excellence (CoE) to redefine the organisations learning experience and technology ecosystem.
This initiative will begin as a contract (Inside IR35), through to the end of 2026. This role will follow a hybrid schedule, where you are expected to attend the office 2-3 x weekly.
- Experience within a Learning Innovation, Learning Technology and/or Instructional Technology role.
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of digital teaming tools e.g., Slack, MS Teams, Trello, Jiras.
- Hands‑on experience with developing a range of modern learning solutions and approaches, including Conversational AI, AI Coaching, Adaptive Learning, Smart Nudges, Personalization, simulations.
- Use of prototype tools such as Figma for visualization.
- Extensive experience working with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), Social Collaborative Learning Platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile and Design Thinking principles.
- Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
