Senior MuleSoft Developer

Location: London (2 days onsite per week)

We are seeking a skilled Senior MuleSoft Developer to join a growing integration practice delivering solutions across UK public sector and enterprise clients. This is a permanent consultancy role where developers work across multiple projects, rather than being tied to a single engagement. You will take ownership of complex integrations, contribute to solution design, and act as a technical mentor within delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise‑grade integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Build APIs using API‑led connectivity and established integration patterns.
• Lead development across Mule 4, DataWeave, connectors, and error‑handling frameworks.
• Contribute to solution design and technical documentation alongside architects.
• Support end‑to‑end SDLC from requirements through production deployment.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience as a Senior MuleSoft Developer.
• Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Mule 4, and API‑led architecture.
• Solid integration design and development experience.
• Experience delivering solutions across the full SDLC.
• Strong client communication skills, with UK client exposure.
• Ability to work flexibly across different projects and client environments.
• Eligible for SC clearance (or already SC‑cleared).

Desirable Experience

• MuleSoft certifications (Developer or Architect).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Exposure to AI‑driven development, automation, or productivity tooling.
• Consulting or multi‑client delivery experience.
