Cobalt is to be partnered with one of the UK’s busiest residential-led master developers, who are expanding their team in London.
With notable long-term projects secured, at various stages from pre-app to being on site, the industry-leading team are hunting for two new hires. Open on level, to take a lead on one or two of their upcoming schemes – with one of the projects being quite a long term role, both hires will need to have an interest in placemaking, strategy and have the interest and patience to work on such a project, as opposed to managing multiple smaller, fast-paced ones.
For the Senior Development Manager, you must have experience in managing projects through the development process with strong financial and planning acumen, ideally having led on major hybrid applications and regeneration.
For the Development Manager, you will need strong planning and or development experience, ideally both, but as a very team-oriented business they are more about the right “individual”, which will trump experience to an extent. You must be passionate about regeneration and keen to learn from those around you.
