Are you a project or package Quantity Surveyor who would be interested in joining a large tier 1 contractor working on one of Manchester's most iconic developments?

Due to a brand new contract award, there is an opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a high rise RC frame, high specification mixed used commercial & residential development with a value of £80m.

Project based, you will report into a Commercial Lead and be responsible for the full commercial management of several subcontract packages working within a supportive experienced commercial team.

With secured pipeline projects for the next 10 years, the company can offer excellent career progression opportunities to develop within a leading construction business working on some of Manchester largest & most prestigious developments.

Experience / Qualifications Required

• Proven track record of quantity surveying ideally 4-5 years post grad experience.
• Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Background within a main contractor or developer environment
• Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively

Salary & Package on offer

• £50,000 - £60,000 base (dependent on experience)
