I'm partnering with a leading developer who is seeking a Regional Technical Manager to oversee and drive their design function along the M4 Corridor.
Their portfolio spans a wide range of build types, and they're well known for delivering high-quality, premium finishes.
This opportunity could suit a strong Senior Design Manager or Technical Manager who is hungry for progression and ready to step into a broader regional role.
You'll lead a talented technical team and provide strategic oversight across multiple sites, all within roughly 1 hour of each other, with occasional visits to their London head office.
Salary: Circa £100,000 + package.
