Job Description
Join our Engineering Platforms team within Marketplace Services as a Staff Engineer – Online Identity Services. In this critical role, you’ll work alongside a highly skilled and technical team to design and deliver cutting-edge authentication solutions, ensuring seamless and secure experiences for our users.
As the most senior team member, you’ll lead projects such as single sign-on integration and the evolution of our Online Identity Services (OIS) into a scalable Identity Platform used across the organisation. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring peers, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
This team, like most of our teams in Marketplace Services, is evolving from being a purely backend experience API Team into a platform team, with its own set of customers and products that it offers to the wider business.

About the Team :
The Online Identity Services team is one half of our Online Identity ecosystem, with the other half being Online Identity Experience. These teams look after our Identity, authentication and soon to be authorisation requirements across the SEEK Ecosystem. The Services team focus on our internal customers here at SEEK - Developers, Customer Service, Trust and Safety, Product, etc while the Experience team focus on our candidates and hirers directly.
