What We Are Looking For...
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Email Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive audience engagement and conversions. You will oversee the entire process, from content creation and design to automation, segmentation, and performance analysis. Leveraging data insights will be crucial in optimizing campaigns to meet our marketing objectives.
The Role
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audiences.
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative email campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
- Manage email lists, ensuring data hygiene, compliance, and effective segmentation for targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, analytics, and content, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of all email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated flows.
- Utilize HubSpot to create, schedule, and manage email campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize email content and subject lines to enhance deliverability and engagement.
- Report on KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in email marketing management, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms, especially HubSpot or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for engaging content creation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
