Job summary

Job description

This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ. As part of the People Partnering team, you will support a range of stakeholders and report directly into the Head of People Performance. You will partner with stakeholders, deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives, and create and implement a People Plan for business areas, supporting the delivery of the overall Frasers Group People strategy. Main focus areas include organisation design, ensuring roles and structures are fit for purpose, talent attraction, retention and development to support succession planning, and proactively managing employee relation issues. You will collaborate with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects and act as a visible advocate for our purpose and values, creating an environment where our values are demonstrated consistently.

Qualifications
  • Diverse industry & HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in fast‑paced, multi‑location & complex businesses
  • Experience partnering various Head Office functions
  • Experience within a highly customer‑centric service or retail environment
  • Hands‑on knowledge and experience in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including talent management, retention, organisational design and engagement
  • Ability to establish effective relationships to collaborate, persuade and influence
  • Able to shape and lead initiatives / change projects
  • Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
  • Assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks
