We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic nurse to join the Out of Hours Teams based at Norwich Community Hospital and St James' Kings Lynn. The Out of Hours team is an Urgent Response Community Nursing Service working overnight in Norfolk and Waveney. Our aim is to avoid admissions to the acute setting by providing urgent community nursing care. We cover all areas in Norfolk and Waveney, in teams, every night with the coordination team based at Norwich Community Hospital. We work in partnership with East Coast Community Healthcare to deliver care across Great Yarmouth and Waveney.
This is a 7 day a week service and some weekend working will be expected. Hours of service delivery are 8pm–8am, 365 days per year.
