Overview

Direct Care Professionals - Part Time Overnights at People, Incorporated. Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour; $21.00 / hour after one year of benefit eligible employment. Schedule: Thursday, Friday 11pm-9am. No experience needed; ongoing free on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement. Part-time, full-time, relief/per diem; 2nd and 3rd shifts available. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings are:
