Your primary focus is to deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously toward residents and visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You will practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
