A leading mental health service provider is seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the community services in Greater London. This role involves managing a designated caseload, conducting assessments, and working within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality support to adults with mental health issues. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously, contributing to a supportive and innovative environment that values diversity and inclusivity.

- Post-qualification experience in a mental health setting, ideally within a community mental health team.
- Proven history of effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Understanding of mental health legislation and policies.
