Location: Near Rochford, Essex
Apply now to join a highly reputable, mixed practice near Rochford, Essex, as either an Associate Dentist or a Locum Dentist.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped clinic with strong clinical support, continual development opportunities and excellent private earning potential.
With competitive UDA rates, high demand for private treatments, and access to advanced technology, this role is ideal for motivated Dentists looking for flexibility and stability in a thriving, centrally located practice.
Permanent Associate Position:
- 2 days per week available (M, W, Th, F available)
- 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
- £13–£15 per UDA (D.O.E.)
- Annual bonus up to £10,000 available for the first 3 years within practice (£10k each year!)
- 50% split on private work completed
- Exceptional private earnings in Implants, Composites, and Invisalign
Locum Position:
- 3 month minmum locum commitment – ASAP and ongoing
- £450 day rate for 25 UDAs per day
- £17 per UDA over/under target
- 2 days per week available (M, W, Th, F available)
- Immediate start available

- Mid-sized mixed practice - purpose-built modern clinic with strong patient footfall
- Spacious, air-conditioned surgeries – fully equipped and well maintained
- Dentally software, Rotary Endo, CBCT, iTero, OPG and Apex Locator
- Longstanding, supportive team including experienced Nurses and Clinicians
- Longstanding and exceptional Practice Manager
- Mixed practice with both Fee-Per-Item and Plan private patients
