Job Description

• Location: Castle Cary
• Salary: £31,900-£35,900 dependent on experience
• Company performance bonus
• Hours: Mon-Fri
• Type: Permanent

Working with the senior demand planner to deliver an accurate forecast for 700 products across 14 sales channels and 2 territories, in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders. The role aims to improve sales volume predictability, positively impacting customer service levels and supporting inventory optimization.

• 2+ years of supply chain experience (demand or supply planning)
• Experience with planning systems such as FuturMaster, SAP
• Excellent analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Stakeholder management experience with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Proficiency with data systems and analytics tools like Power BI

• Collaborate to create accurate demand plans for segments and customers, covering short, medium, and long-term horizons
• Conduct demand review meetings with key account managers to ensure forecast alignment
• Maintain data quality in planning systems, managing product launches, delists, and market changes
• Track forecast accuracy, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes to reduce cycle time
