Qualifications

  • MRTPI-qualified or working towards chartership (support provided).
  • Ideally 2-4 years' experience within a planning consultancy or local authority.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals.
  • Undertaking research, site appraisals, and policy analysis.
  • Preparing reports, planning statements, and client presentations.
  • Liaising with clients, local authorities, and external consultants.
  • Supporting business development and client relationship activities.
