Location: Guildhall 2, Kingston
Hours: 37 per week (09:00 – 17:00)
Start Date: 05/01/2026
End Date: 30/06/2026
Pay Rates: £25.83 PAYE / £33.75 Umbrella

The Role

As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of small, major and minor planning applications. This role is designed to cover existing work pressures, reduce backlogs, and ensure timely processing of incoming applications.

Key Responsibilities
