Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, planning or materials coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate confidently with suppliers and internal project teams.
• Highly organised, prioritising and managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows including machining and fabrication.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and reading BOM structures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities ensuring timely material availability.
• Plan job schedules aligned with production requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiations.
• Track order status and resolve supply issues.
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP data and support cost control.
