- Preparation of Planning Appraisal Reports and Planning Statements.
- Undertaking planning research.
- Preparing and submitting planning applications.
- Guiding junior members of the team and leading on projects.

Education
As a Senior Planner within a National Consultancy you will be in a position to take the next step in your Town Planning career, with access to prestigious projects and high-profile clients. The team provides solutions and strategic advice to its clients whilst working on a wide range of projects for public and private sector clients. As a Senior Planner the right candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated to achieving success both personally and for the brand.
- Preparation of Planning Appraisal Reports and Planning Statements
- Undertaking planning research
- Preparing and submitting planning applications
- Preparing submissions to discharge planning conditions
- Attendance of meetings, site visits and public consultation events with colleagues for large scale projects.
- Guiding junior members of the team, and leading on projects

- MRTPI Chartered

- Unconditional right to work in the UK and Full Clean Driving License
