Location: Redditch | Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Hours: Monday to Friday, Days Only (Early Start / Early Finish) | Salary: £40,000 per annum

Our client, a successful and growing food manufacturing business based in Redditch, is seeking a Production Planner to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised individual with planning experience to take on a key role in supporting daily production and ensuring products are delivered on time.

• Create and maintain the daily production plan in the planning system.
• Evaluate forecasts and stock levels to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with the plan.
• Monitor and update schedules based on real-time changes and operational feedback.
• Support continuous improvement in planning processes and data accuracy.

• Experience using planning or scheduling systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and manipulate data effectively.
• Previous experience in a planning role is desirable, particularly in the food industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
