Qualifications

• Chartered Member of the RTPI is essential.
• Previous experience as a Senior Town Planner required.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress various planning applications.
• Prepare planning documents including Planning Statements.
• Provide planning advice to internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate with external consultants for submissions.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Support business development through proposal writing.
• Represent clients at planning committee meetings.

Skills

Excellent communication and report writing skills

Education
