A global HR solutions provider is seeking a Learning Consultant to deliver instructor-led training on technical features of their products. The role includes developing curricula and consulting on best practices for product usage. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of experience, along with fluency in English and proficiency in French preferred. This position requires strong facilitation skills and the ability to quickly learn new content.

The Learning Consultant delivers instructor‑led (on‑site and virtual) training on GlobalView technical features and functional aspects of all ADP solutions. The role enables learners to effectively use systems, tools, and processes, and ensures clients are prepared for their initial and ongoing utilization of our multi‑product offerings. The consultant also conducts new‑hire orientation, contributes to instructional design, and provides consultative input on client and associate needs.
