Position Summary

The Learning Consultant delivers instructor‑led (on‑site and virtual) training on GlobalView technical features and functional aspects of all ADP solutions. The role enables learners to effectively use systems, tools, and processes, and ensures clients are prepared for their initial and ongoing utilization of our multi‑product offerings. The consultant also conducts new‑hire orientation, contributes to instructional design, and provides consultative input on client and associate needs.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery: Deliver functional, technical, and soft‑skills training to associates and clients with a focus on GV product. This includes new‑hire orientation, rotational associate training, product curricula, and enhancement content. Apply adult learning theory, facilitation skills, and participant interaction to meet training objectives.
  • Core Orientation & Service Skills: Deliver core orientation and service‑skills training programs in addition to product training.
  • Effectiveness: Consult with instructional designers on curriculum effectiveness, recommend changes to existing classes, and identify opportunities to integrate or blend curricula for scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Functional Knowledge: Stay current and proficient on ADP products and services, and on the learning & performance organization’s tools (virtual training tools, LMS, desktop imaging/cleanup tools). Maintain all relevant certifications and keep abreast of industry trends in service, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Consulting: Understand associate performance goals and advise on applying tools and processes. Provide feedback to managers and learning partners on skill gaps, and recommend solutions for bridging gaps. Understand client business needs and consult on best‑practice product usage.
  • Content Development & Delivery Projects: Lead learning content projects specific to supported business or organization, developing specialized or customized curricula.
  • Administrative: Perform administrative tasks such as LMS operations, class survey distribution, monthly status reports, and time tracking.
  • Monitor: Assist in overseeing daily operations of the Learning Delivery team: identify and implement best practices, execute certification program components, monitor workload, analyze metrics, and communicate status to project managers and leadership.
Education & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with major in Training, Education, Human Resources, Business, or other related or technical fields.
  • Minimum experience: 1–3 years in payroll support service, implementation, or equivalent HCM products/solutions with a focus on GlobalView.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • French—B2/C1 level.
  • Experience using Webex or other virtual delivery tools.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new content and skills.
