The Head of Quality Assurance (QA) and Test is accountable for ensuring the quality and integrity of all solutions delivered across People’s Partnership. This role will define and implement a comprehensive QA and testing strategy that modernises the organisation’s testing capability through automation, continuous integration, and agile practices. It will also establish robust controls and KPI measures to assure the quality of delivery processes, enabling faster, more reliable outcomes that meet business objectives
