Data Administrator

12 Month FTC

Our client is a global organisation with a vision to create a clean and energy-efficient future by delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions for the automotive market. They are looking for a Data Administrator to assist in inputting and maintaining data within their SAP ERP system.

The role is offered on a 12-month FTC basis with a flexible working hours approach, including a hybrid model: 2 days based in Warwick and 3 days remote, totaling 40 hours Monday to Friday.

1. Maintain and update business system data across EMEA to meet timelines and requests.
2. Run regular data audits to ensure data integrity and support process improvements.
3. Identify and correct data errors, providing feedback to enhance data input and collation processes.
4. Manage Material Master and Customer Master records in SAP for EMEA Sales Organisations and Plants.
5. Maintain billing outputs and contact details for accuracy.
6. Oversee Supersession & Obsolescence processes across EMEA.
7. Generate and maintain Product BoM & Routings data within SAP.
8. Own and improve the Data Team’s process documentation and work instructions.
9. Support Finance with the Cost Roll-up Process, ensuring timely and accurate updates.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience working with SAP (Material Master, Customer Master, BOMs, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions and departments.
