Qualifications

  • Ability to investigate and resolve queries.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and input employee data onto the NHS workforce system (ESR).
  • Provide helpdesk support for managers and employees.
  • Act as a key contact for employee information related enquiries.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve queries.
