SSAS Client Relationship Manager

Location: Belfast (hybrid working)

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-driven SSAS client relationship manager (CRM) to join our specialist pensions administration team.

You’ll work alongside the SSAS team, directors and consultancy staff, supporting Northern Ireland’s largest SSAS advisory service, and playing a key role in maintaining our high standards of client care and technical excellence.

What you’ll do:
  • manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of SSAS schemes, serving as the primary point of contact
  • follow established best practice for maintaining accurate and audit-ready scheme records, trustee documentation and compliance files, including:
  • supporting the identification and reporting of risks, control gaps or potential compliance issues
  • contributing to maintaining a strong risk culture within the SSAS team, ensuring governance and oversight standards remain high
  • staying up to date with regulatory changes affecting SSAS schemes and incorporating these into daily work
