A leading children's charity in the UK is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to enhance their data-driven approach in preventing child abuse. In this role, you will lead the reporting team, develop strategic analysis initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure impactful solutions. - Lead and develop the reporting team to build and deploy data analysis and reporting products
- develop and drive strategic direction for analysis and reporting across the NSPCC
- work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to identify the most impactful analytics projects, and to ensure any solutions address business needs.
- Experience of managing and leading data analyst and / or reporting teams and providing technical support to more junior data analysts.
- Effective development and delivery of strategic data initiatives and proven ability to drive change.
- Experience of using Power BI to develop semantic models and create reports.
- Experience and strong understanding of a range of data analysis techniques and toolsets.
- Experience of using SQL for analysis and data ingestion.
- Demonstrable experience of formulating, solving, and implementing analytical solutions to business problems.
- Experience of developing staff skills in coding, data engineering or reporting.
- Experience in building and maintaining good relationships across a number of stakeholders and teams across the organisation.
