Job summary

A leading water utility provider in the UK is seeking a PMO Analyst for a 12-month fixed term role. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing project data, ensuring quality assurance, and supporting governance standards. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, experience in a PMO environment, and proficiency in data analysis software. The role includes a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, along with numerous benefits such as a pension scheme and flexible holiday leave.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a PMO or similar environment focused on project support.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software to collect and interpret project data.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and report on project data, including milestones and budgets.
  • Provide quality assurance on project status reports.
  • Assist with project tracking and the management of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID).
  • Act as a super-user for the Project Portfolio Management tool.
  • Provide administrative support managing schedules and onboarding logistics.
