Salary Range: $200K to 240K*
Note: New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.

Position Overview
The Vice President, Compliance Officer is a mission-driven and business-minded executive who sets the vision, strategy, and direction for Compliance & Ethics across the organization. This leader ensures Vibrant’s operations and programs are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards—while advancing a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and working closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the VP, Compliance Officer oversees the enterprise Compliance program in alignment with industry best practices and federal and state guidelines. This includes establishing an independent, objective function that supports proactive risk identification, investigation, and resolution of compliance and ethics issues while promoting a compliance-friendly operating environment.
The VP, Compliance Officer plays a central role in ensuring that all employees, leaders, and Board members have the tools, training, and guidance to uphold Vibrant’s Core Values of Excellence, Integrity, Belonging, and Wellbeing.
