Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Lincoln is seeking a Senior engineer/technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and support of industrial Human Machine Interface systems, aiming to modernize small gas turbines. Ideal candidates should hold a degree in an engineering discipline and have at least 1 year of experience working with industrial control systems. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and networking is also essential. This position offers competitive compensation and an engaging work environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified or equivalent in Computer Science, Control Systems, or Cybersecurity.
  • 1+ years of experience in industrial controls applications.
  • Familiar with industrial networks and cyber security standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure HMI builds on Windows endpoints.
  • Develop and test networking components.
  • Support the Field Service team during commissioning.
