Field based with coverage.

Salary circa £45,000 salary plus benefits incl. car, enhanced pension contributions, 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.

• Provide on-site service, repair, and maintenance of packaging and converting equipment.
• Carry out fault finding, software upgrades, electrical repairs, and work with PLCs and inverters.
• Assist with off-loading, installation, and commissioning of new machinery at customer sites.
• Deliver operator training and demonstrations as needed.
• Conduct detailed surveys and provide clear reports with recommended parts.
• Maintain high safety standards and report hazards appropriately.
• Represent the business professionally at every customer visit.

• Electrical or mechanical engineering background, with hands‑on experience gained in a field environment.
• Experience in servicing or repairing packaging, converting or print finishing machinery highly desirable.
• Strong fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills, including PLCs and inverters.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK and Europe (occasional overnight stays).
