Job summary
A leading property consultancy in London is seeking a Valuation Surveyor at Associate Director level to join their team. This role involves providing valuation advice on various commercial assets, particularly in Central London. Ideal candidates should be MRICS qualified and have a minimum of 4 years PQE. This position offers the chance to work on high-profile assets and collaborate with major banks, property owners, and financial teams, ensuring impactful client management and assessment of commercial properties.
Qualifications
- Ideally 4+ years PQE experience in valuation.
- Experience in providing valuation advice on commercial assets.
Responsibilities

- Working with major banks, corporate owners and property companies.
- Co-ordination of multiple-asset valuation instructions, often UK-wide or pan European.
- Working in collaboration with Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and Agency teams.
