Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking experienced Commercial Lawyers to join our talent pool for secondment and interim contract roles with leading law firms and corporate legal teams starting January 2026 onwards.

Ideal for lawyers with strong experience in MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, and technology contracts.

Location: Remote (or with flexibility to work 2–3 days onsite in England, primarily London)

Start Date: January 2026 onwards

Contract: Various durations (short-term and long-term assignments)

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial law.
• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, and service contracts.
• Ability to provide clear, business-focused advice independently.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Advise on complex commercial agreements, including technology and SaaS contracts.
• Support procurement, vendor negotiations, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
• Deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions.
