£35k plus bonus

Are you a hands‑on leader who thrives in community‑focused environments? This is an incredible opportunity to launch and lead the first site of a new, ambitious and growing Padel brand with true family values as the core. Their debut site offers a large space offering a competitive court number, cafe offering, corporate hire space and their own unique take and stamp on the huge craze that is padel

This would suit a hungry deputy manager looking for their next step up as equally as an existing GM or equivalent looking for a new challenge. There is huge potential to grow with the business as they do!

An overview of this hugely exciting new role:
  • Lead and motivate your team across FOH and coaching
  • Offer best in show customer experience, always with the “family first” mentality
  • Drive commercial performance through court occupancy, cafe revenue and corporate / partnership bookings and sponsorships
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency and high standards
About you:
  • 1-3+ years’ leadership experience in hospitality, leisure, or lifestyle venues at HOD level or above
  • A people‑first leader who thrives on connection and team energy
  • Someone who is hands‑on and wanting to be in a customer facing / roll your sleeves up environment working alongside the founders to achieve success
  • A background in sports / fitness is not a pre‑requisite for this role but a passion for it is a must!

Flexibility to work every other weekend
