Banking & Finance Associate/Solicitor – Bristol
This is a new instruction for a Banking and Finance Solicitor or Associate at 2PQE to join a growing teamand contribute to its development working closely with senior lawyers on a variety of transactions.
The department has a client base across lenders, investors, developers and corporates advising on deals for, property acquisition and development finance, corporate acquisitions and refinancing deals.
The work you will assist on...
- Drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation
- Supporting senior lawyers in managing transactions
- Delivering on documentary conditions precedent
- Taking the lead on transactions
What experience is required .......
- A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in banking and finance
- Confidence handling loan and security agreements
- Experience or interest in real estate or corporate finance
