As part of a small but high performing BVI team you will quickly be running large corporate matters spanning areas such as M&A, private equity, funds and corporate finance. It is complex and challenging work which demands intellectual agility, technical excellence and strong communication skills, but which will in turn enable you to build the perfect platform for future partnership. • Overseas qualified lawyers must be admitted in the UK.
• Likely to suit someone with 5 years’ PQE+.
• Experience of high-value corporate work from a good UK or equivalent law firm. Experience of acting as lead Associate would be beneficial.

• Salary likely to be in the range of USD150k-USD200k with a low tax-rate (c8%).

• Start dates typically around 3-6 months later (depending on your notice period).

For some, the BVI is the pick of the Caribbean.
